   <description>Munich. Munich is the most expensive university city in Germany - at least for the rent prices for student flats. People sharing flats can save a lot of money.&#13;

   <description>Erding. A 29 year old man from Erding walked under the closed barriers at  S-Bahnhof Aufhausen - directly infront of an S-Bahn.&#13;

   <title>New Escalators for the U-Bahn Network</title>
   <description>Munich. U-Bahn passengers have to deal with an obstacle course in the next few weeks. The city is exchanging 125 escalators in 20 train stations. One of the stations closes completely during the procedure.&#13;
The upgrading will start with Fraunhoferstraße station on the 9th of August and this train station has to be closed during the replacement of the escalators. The trains will pass through the station without stopping. The MVG recommends passengers to use Tram line 27 or bus 52 instead.&#13;

   <title>Artwork Set on Fire</title>
   <description>Munich. Criminals set a statue on fire in front of the Academy of Arts in Munich. Damage caused is estimated to be around 1000 Euro.&#13;
According to police, the arsonists set fire to the wooden statue at around 3.30 AM. The three metre tall statue was placed in the courtyard in front of the academy of arts, on pallets. A witness noticed the fire and called the fire brigade; the fire completely destroyed the artwork. The flames spread to three nearby bikes and the damage caused is estimated to be around 1000 Euro.</description>

   <title>Disruptions for S-Bahn</title>
   <description>Munich. A railway control centre blackout caused disruptions since sunday evening for train traffic between Tutzing and Munich.&#13;
The most affected line was S6, which travels between Munich - Pasing and Tutzing at 40 minute intervalls. 20 large capacity taxis were used as substitutes for the S-Bahn. The S6 was temporarily not running on its regular route. Since around 12 o'clock the problem has been resolved.&#13;
The disruptions also affected the train traffic from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Kochel, which only travelled to Tutzing. From there the passengers had to change to the S-Bahn.&#13;
Delays can still be expected.</description>

   <description>Munich. Hospital hygiene scandal in Munich has seen a clinic director suspended and only emergency operations available in the hospitals in Bogenhausen and Neuperlach.&#13;

   <title>Bomb Threat in Germering</title>
   <description>GERMERING. The Max-Born grammar school was evacuated on wednesday morning because of a bomb threat.&#13;
All teachers and students left the building at 9:35 AM after an unidentified person threatened to blow up the school. Police sealed the area and around the school; everything is empty. More detailed information is not known at this time but it is probably a copycat crime.&#13;
Last weekend a 17 year old student threatened to blow up the other grammar school in Germering, the Carl-Spitzweg. He was caught and is now in a psychiatric institution.</description>

   <description>MUNICH. Jesuits are responsible for thousands of addresses of bavarian postal voters ending up available for purchase.&#13;
The company, MTM-Lübeck, offered various companies the addresses of postal voters in Munich to purchase. MTM had over 15,000 addresses from citizens on offer, who had registered for the Bundestags or EU-parliament election via post. Among them are addresses of prominent individuals such as Dieter Hildebrandt and Milena Preradovic.&#13;
